Remove the hdd and try again. If now you can enter the BIOS and check that everything is correctly recognized and configured then the hdd has died, replace it. If it's the same then start by checking the power source, followed by the memory and the CPU. If all these are functioning then the problem is in the motherboard itself - unfixable, replace it.
