You probably had the heating element burn out. Disconnect it and test for continuity. If open, replace it.

Change the relay, situated in a black plastic box up in front of the battery. Costs about 7 pounds / 11 dollars USD on ebay and takes 30 seconds to do. Until you get it fixed, protect the engine when temp get over, say, 90 degrees celcius, by opening up your side dash vents, turn the in-car fan on max and the temp up to max. The hot air will go directly out the windows and you will see the temp gauge drop back to about 80 degrees. I did this for a year until I figured out the relay needed replacing.

Hi.... sounds like you have a bad oven temp sensor...

I do not know of ANY microwave that will get you anywhere near 300 celcius, the cavity thermals are rated around 110.F and even the mag limit thermal of the comercial units are 300F No where near the celcius temps you are talkig about.

After a power outage, my wife's grandmother said she could no longer set her over to 300, 400, 450, whatever..

I went over to troubleshoot.

I couldn't figure out why everything seemed functional and why I couldn't set the over to higher than 288 (and thought, that's a rather odd number)... until I realized that that 288 degrees C = 550 degrees F which is the max the oven can do.

The power outage reset the computed back to celcius instead of fahrenheit.

Save them a ton of money... cause this could have been an easy cash grab to some cook out there.

300 far. or cels if its celcius its to high they should run at about 260 or the high temp sensor will shut it down how fast is your belt running it should be 6.30 to 7.00

you can calibrate you oven try presiing and holding the bake button for 3-5 secs. it should beep and put a 00 in the display. using the temp up or down arrows you should be able to adjust ther temp to a max of 35 degrees + or -. after setting to desird 25 presss start and that setting will be ingrained in the memory forever(or until you change it again)power failure will not effect it either . of that doesnt work gimme the modle and ill ck further

Hi, I was cooking and my oven jut went off, looked in fuse mains box and had tripped. So put back on and now the fan works but no heat...Can you give me some idea what it mite be.
