I dont have a license key for my checksoft home and business

We do not provide licence keys for any software, you need to contact the vendor, Avanquest in this case, and they should send you your key (assuming you've paid for the product).

Contact software manufacturer or distributor and they will assist you, Avanquest in this case.

the program your wanting a license key for is the one you have to
contact about the license key and tell them what happened to the
computer and ask them what to do about the license

I have it but I need to know why the checks will not print

If you "bought" it out of a box or from Avanquest and did not "Download it" you do
not need a license key

If you bought a physical copy, you should find the license key on or inside the box. Or inside the computer material.

If its an online copy, you should've recieved the key by email, or at the end of the checkout page.

If you still cant find anything, you better contact them stating your transaction/program ID and proof of your purchase. Im sure they'd be happy to help.
