E:02 error on Chefmate Bread Machine Model HB0215

I am having the same problem, I have made 3 loaves of white, they all did not turn out, and I played with the recipe a bit to solve it, but I keep getting the same result!

make sure the pan and paddle are properly seated

SOURCE: is there a "paddle" in this particular bread machine?

I had great success in finding what I wanted for my breadmaker at http://breadmakerpartsemporium.ioffer.com/. They have manuals and parts for most breadmakers at very reasonable prices.

I wrote to Sunbeam customer service and received this response:

"Breadmaker model 5890 has a 30-minute delay cycle on the Wheat setting. This allows for a period at the beginning of the cycle to “soften” the ingredients for better results. During the first 30 minutes, the machine does not do anything."

Apparently, this is by design.

Since practically all bread machines work the same simple way, you don't need the manual if you read the excellent instructions at the following website. The following website tells you how to operate a bread machine, even if you don't have the manual. It also includes great recipes (and you can easily find many more recipes online). Using the following website, I was EASILY able to figure out how to use my Chefmate bread machine even though I didn't have a manual.
