How do I fix a homedics BPA-201 Digital Blood Pressure Monitor. Or who do I send it to be fixed. It keeps displaying E1. But I checked all cuffs connections and they are fine.

Are you moving your arm at all after you press the start button. I just have a wrist cuff, but if I move anything after I've pushed the start button I get an error code.

What does an E3 reading mean on a b.p. machine

On my Homedics BPA-110 the "E3" means there was an "error obtaining measurement data: measure again". When you measure, make sure the cuff hose is centered on your arm. I have noticed the placement of the hose cuff is quite critical. If the hose on the cuff is not centered, you will probably get some type of "Exx" error code. This has happened several times with my monitor. Hopes this helps.

Showing ee in the diastolic section, therefore its not taking the b/p

There are 3 things can cause the EE error code.

1. Cuff was placed incorrectly. Wrap cuff snugly around your wrist 1" above the heel of your left hand.

2. Moving or talking during measurement. Measure again keeping your wrist steady during measurement.

3. Shaking of the wrist with the cuff on. Solution is the same as # 2.

If you continue to have a problem with the cuff, contact HoMedics Customer Support 1-800-466-3342.

I hope this info was helpful and thanks for choosing FixYa.

Neither of the cuffs on the Homedics S18729 Ultra-Deluxe Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor work. They do not fit well around my arm and constantly slip while inflating. I don't know if it is a design flaw...

Robert, I'm not sure that the cuffs would be interchangeable. But, I suspect the problem you're having with the cuff is operator error. Speaking from experience, it's somewhat difficult at best, to apply and arm cuff to yourself. It does take some practice, but if you can get the cuff snugly in place, it should inflate properly. If you want to pursue with interchanging the cuff, contact HoMedics at 800-469-3342, to see if it's possible. Perhaps, you should get a BP Monitor that has a wrist cuff. They're a lot easier to apply and use.

Lately when trying to get blood pressure "EE"

The EE symbol can mean one of three things: Excessive low blood pressure, improperly placed cuff or movement of the arm during the measurement.

Hope this helps solve the problem. If it continues, contact HoMedics Customer Service @ 800-466-3342

Nned a larger cuff for taking blood pressure.

a standard cuff is at the size of 22 - 32mm, and a large cuff is at the size of 22- 36mm, there is also a extra large cuff size too.

Need instruction manual

Homedics makes several units that are virtually identical to the Walgreen counterparts. Why not try the Homedics web site? It has a support section. Be sure to list your model number as there are several wrist cuff models. If the web site doesn't help, either call Homedics or try a web search by listing your model number followed by 'manual'. I would have tried to find the manual for you but I don't know the model number. Good luck.
