Sharper Image MP4 Touch Player (NEW) not charging

Mine looked like that, however, it has 2 "on" buttons. The major one on the left. says on off. Put to on. Then the upper button on the right, is actually the on off/ push and hold for 3 sec. then wait, it should come right on.

I need help in how to put music on this MP$ sharper image player, can you help?

I need help getting more games on this stupid thing! its driving me NUTS!!! any help????

I have a sharper image mp4 touch screen it has an on/off switch on one side and an ok and power/lock keys button on the other side i can use the ok button to get in to my somgs but my touch screen isnt work can anyone help does it need an update or something

I have the same mp4 player from avon, and can not get it to sync to get music to it. I have the window 7 hp laptop and can not figure it out at all.

I am having same problem with same player, and cannot calibrate it, keeps saying "failed" touch screen is not working, am really getting aggervated with it.
