I just purchased a Sharper Image MP4 Touch Player through Avon. I took it out of the box and tried to charge it, but it's not taking a charge at all. The red light is on, but the battery is not charging. I tried to charge it first through the outlet, then on my computer; the screen lights up, but the little battery icon stays blank. I had it in the outlet for four hours, but the battery icon is still blank. Any assistance would be appreciated. Maybe it's just a bad battery...?
Mine looked like that, however, it has 2 "on" buttons. The major one on the left. says on off. Put to on. Then the upper button on the right, is actually the on off/ push and hold for 3 sec. then wait, it should come right on.
