I have motorola motoslvr L9 handset, and i hv used it for 2 months only. and now i'm not able to charge the battery with the charger, as it only shows the status as charging, but does not actually retain the charge. i can easily charge the battery through usb and it retains the charge as it normally should. the local motorola service center guys have tried changing battery, and now even the phone board has also been replaced, but i still have the same problem. either the phone does not turn on, and flickers on the motorola screen, or if it turns on, still it does not retain the charge. pls help me with the problem.
Freakie - so after all that why have you not try using a new charger.
Guest - well it should not but remember that if you are not getting a strong enough signal the battery will use up more trying to pull a signal....so maybe you spots are not strong signal areas but if that is not the so then change the battery if the same problem occur then have the phone exchange but hopefully you have already notify the store you purchased the mobile from about this issue., so this would make it much easier for you to have an exchanged.

my phone will not hold a charge, the battery says charge complete but it only last for about 4 hours. the phone is only one week old....
