Please DO NOT attempt to repalce the flyback as mentioned in the earlier posting. There are potentially dangerous voltages (33,000Volts) present there even with the TV unplugged. Your set has a problem with the horixontal circuit that can be as simple as a bad solder connection. I would recommend that you get a detailed repair estimate from a local repair shop BEFORE you attempt any repair. Please note that we can help to guide you through this process, but caution is required.

Check and change the line transformer. that transformer with a big cable running to your tube. that has a leakage in side it. after some time it is changing values.
teh tv which has horizontal not fully opened. near the line transformer measure those eletrolitic capacitors, for leakages and change of values. the oscillation has changed. if you check from the scan coil, two wires are for verticle and are going to an ic on the card, and two are for horizontal and two wires are going to eletrolitic capacitor. plse check.

Thanks for your concern Abrsvcs. If you will believe me, over 15yrs ago I used to be a tv tech. I have the basic tools but without a circuit diagram and with 15yrs in between the inside of the tv looks foreign to me now. Help further if you can. I have it open beside me.
