I am trying to unlock a AT&T Quick Fire phone can you help me?

    Thank you for your help, the phone is stuck on insert sim and it will only allow me to make an emergency call. I can not get into the menu or anything. I have this nice new phone but can not use it. I currently have a T-Mobile phone but it is slightly broken and would like to use the new phone. Thanks again for your help.

Hi i'm Rain First lets try a Soft Reset.
Remove battery ,wait 1 minute replace battery and boot Mobile device.
If this does not work you will need to do 1 of 2 things. Take the phone in and have them reset it.
The other option is a Hard Reset.
To perform a Hard Reset :

  • Select Menu
  • Select Settings
  • Then select Security
  • Click Master Reset
  • Then select yes
  • Type Default password 0000 4zeros
  • Select done
Phone will reboot after it has performed the Master Reset.
