Yahoo Account I can't create yahoo account. It shows server URL Error

First of all, create a Gmail account, if possible.

Log into Yahoo mail at mail.yahoo.com

Find the forward email settings on Yahoo

Type in your new Gmail account and save.

Now all email to your yahoo account will be forwarded to your Gmail account. You will still have a copy of your Yahoo mail if you checked to keep a copy of the Yahoo mail on the Yahoo servers.

However, when a person tries to access an account with many failed attempts, the cookies expires, triggering the ID lock on the account.
24-Hour Wait

A Yahoo account holder must wait up to 24 hours before accessing the account again.
The lock on the account expires within 24 hours from the time the account was locked.

Unlock Using Another Server Since Yahoo! has many servers around the world, a user can log into his account by visiting a different Yahoo server address. (See Below.)

Which account do you mean? If you mean Yahoo! Mail account, then you might be on the wrong webpage or phishing page. If you can, please post back with the link of the page you were accessing when signing up your account. Let me check the url and the contents of the page. The correct Yahoo! Sign up page url is here (Click Here).
While signing up for a free Yahoo! Mail account, you'll never be asked for Credit/Debit Card info. I am not very sure about what Child ID is.

my understanding is that you need to have yave yahoo plus to get this to work, yahoo plus is the paid version for you to have pop access which means be able to use an email client (like outlook) to retrieve yahoo mail there.
now if you have not paid for yahoo plus you can do the following:
1. switch your yahoo account to be localized to asia, which should also (for now) allow you to use pop access on a free yahoo account, you need to look around into the account options (Its under Account Info, Account Settings,Set Language Site and Time Zone or something like that)
2. once 1 has been completed go into yahoo and add your yahoo account, * for logon info use only your yahoo user name (not the @yahoo.com) * enter your correct password *for incoming email server: pop.mail.yahoo.com *for outgoing email server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
3. go into more settings>advance * incoming server port should be 110 *outgoing server port should be 587

Please open the URL https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user - login with your yahoo ID and password. Here you can easily terminate your yahoo email account.

go here and in the bottom of the sign in box, it says, "dont have a yahoo id? siging up is easy" then theres a "click here" where you click to sign up!

make sure your password is correct because this error description states that your password is incorrect

I think you might be able to use a mail program like windows mail or incredimail (free download) and then import your yahoo stuff, Yahoo is a pop server so you should be able to open windows mail create a new account and get the server information from yahoo support, I know the one will probably be pop.yahoo.com and the smtp server should be smtp.yahoo.com not too sure but give it a shot...Steve
