If there is no light on the drive it may have failed it you have a light and it can't find it you need to remove all instances of the USB pen drive from you registry and try again

Download USBDeview this will give you a more comprehensive lisf of all your USB's both past and present goto options and also tick display disconnected.

Look for all the instances of you USB stick drive select them and right click and then uninstall.

DONT uninstall everyting just the USB transcend ones, then try to inssert it again you will see if in the GUI is windows finds it check its enable and connected. Then try to access it as before hope this helps.

update your computer's USB driver with version 2.0. Make sure you installed your motherboard's USB support drive dont just rely on the USB driver provided by microsoft.
