I am builidng a computer with MSi P55-CD53 ATX 1156 Mother Board, Intel Core 2 Quad, i5 750 CPU, 4 GB DDR3 1600 RAM, 600 Watt PSU. I intend to use this computer for experimenting virtualization with different Hypervisors. I am not a great fan of video games but listen to songs from the internet. Will this card meet my needs or should I go for higher memory PCI card? Please suggest.

The front panel audio jacks are not connected to the motherboard. Take the computer to the service who installed new motherboard and tell them your problem!
that beep (1 long and 2 short) indicated your ram has problem, from your suggestion i can know that your ram was died, change your ram with new one it will solve your problem
