I got this message to on my samsung phone but after cleaning the ports with that air in a can stuff the phone charges and i never got that message again
you have to assign an ext to the phone.Press Program and extension button to assign it to an extension. all phones have to have different assigned ext (obviously)...
Mine did the same thing. Took the battery out and gently scraped metal prongs on battery with my fingernail. Seem to clean them off(maybe some kind of buildup) now it is charging. Hope this helps.
what you can do is try buying an original battery or taking the phone to a samsung mobile store have them try one of their batteries in it and see if the same problem occurs, if it does then you know to buy original batteries....
