In life fitness next generation operation elevation is not working.!What is the problem?

It will be one of three things: #1 faulty Wax/Lift circuit board that controls the lift motor,#2 the motor itself, or #3 a faulty home switch, which is the white plastic switch in the base of the machine which senses the home position or zero degrees elevation.

Incline not working

Dear Sir:
Please RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix.

2) LUBE the deck belt, the proble is shut down because enough friction produce from worn deck. In order to protect the electronic system, the machine shut down.Proceed in accordint with the instruction manual.

3) The software c, will guide you what is wrong with the elevation motor.a)try to lube the motor gear b) adjust the potentiomente,c) tigh the connector wires from elevation motor.d) some machine has relais for up and down, clean the contacts.

9500hr treadmill said "notify maintenance

check the home switch
it is indicator of elevation
when you look under the tredmill where elevation motor you will see white plastick pin coming down through the hole just check it if still there and pressed it is usually 95 % of elevation problems

if it is not then open the hood and check elevation connections

let me know if it is not these problems post it i will give you system check code

I can't reset a fault named "wax empty" and my equipment doesn't work life fitness 9100

hit the stop button and hold down pouse key until the counsel repowers up and tougle throug to mantinace enter then tagel throug to waxer refill and hit enter

My 9500 next generation treadmill elevation not working

Usually its the display panel not sending the proper signal - look under the display panel on the left side if standing on the belt, there is an access opening and there will be 3 plugs or connectors, it is the smaller 2 prong connector, just unplug and replug to clear the connection, that usually fixes mine, while in there unplug and replug all 3 plugs just to be safe.
