I have a Sony CDX-705 disc changer that was connected to a Sony Xplod stereo but I bought a new Sony stereo DSX-A415BT and want to use the disc changer. How can I connect it please?
The disc changer worked fine with the old Xplod stereo but the sound was very poor, so I decided to replace the stereo receiver.

Most cd changes only work with like brands. Sony with Sony .jvc with jvc. Find a manual for a brand new model on google or the the manufacturer and see if it has a problems section
This is happeneing because the stereo does not have a battery power connections. The yellow wire is for a constant 12 volt connection. This connection is for the stereo's memory.
