1-check condition of CD 2-be sure fairing brackets on bike are not broken 3-be sure riser bolts are not making contact with the bottom of the radio

The 23 pin main connector is a direct plug in from the 03 bike to the HK unit. The only issue would be if the original 03 was using the accessory connector as well. 06 units did not have the audio circuit vibration mod installed. Unit needs to go under a microscope to isolate the bad component or solder joint. www.ironcrossaudio.com can help with the repair.
