This is a pretty complex task - but
Remove top lid
remove control panel
remove front panel and door
remove the right side panel
remove the front support panel ( supports the drum)
the impeller will now be seen lower right of machine
Hold motor pulley while loosening impeller nut
Replace impeller
It sounds like the belt that drives the drum may have failed. You can check to see if this is the problem by turning the dryer on and listening for the motor running.
worn felt seal on the front of the drum. felt has worn away exposing the rubber, when the dryer gets warm the rubber gets sticky. this causes loud vibrations and friction. the drum wont turn so the belt breaks. i would not trust this job to any one but a miele tech, as it is very complicated and someone that does not know how to work on this dryer can cause more harm than good.
felt seal on the front of the drum is bad. call miele for service. this is not a repair that a normal company can perform. you have to get the part from miele, and it is very complicated to repair.
