I CAN't hear callers on my Nokia 1100. How do I increase the volume

You need to scroll up to increase the volume, while you are on call with someone. Page 11 of the manual:

it seems to be an hardware fault.since as you said you cant hear the caller, your phones headpiece is seemed to be faulty. you need to replace it form a nearest service center.also before that just try pressing the up arrow key on you phone while calling it may increase the volume if you accidentally decreased the headpiece volume.

oh! your problem is voice of volume. my dear user make sure your volume button and increase your volume voice.this type problem is creates when we are listen a song at low volume voice and forget to increase volume.

Try turning your volume up all the way so you can hear the other person. The volume control should be somewhere on the sides. Or it may show up as a slider with a picture display indicating which way to increase or decrease the volume.

Call a free number like your card customer service. When your call received you'll hear a customer service speaking, during the call push your volume up button (usually at the phone up side) or some type use D pad up-down-left-right button to do this.

Hi, what makes when you call someone you can hear the caller and when the caller calls you, you will not hear the person, is because the mouth piece of the phone is damaged and will need to be replaced.

The mouth piece is located at the lower part of the phone inside the phone.Very easy to locate.

At the tip area where you insert your charger in, remove the whole panel and replace and your done.

There are some buttons at the side of the phone, actually for you to increase the caller volume on your phone, while your dialing up a number press the top button and it will automatically be increasing your caller volume.

hello,visit your phone ringer settings by following the steps below,
MENU>SETTINGS>RINGING TONE>INCREASE THE VOLUME TO YOUR DESIRED POINT.THAT HAS AUTOMATICALLY INCREASED THE VOLUME OF YOUR PHONE.
you can as well dial a number and increase the volume by pressing the up and down bottons beside the phone,if not there you can also press the upper side of the centre control botton.that should sho you the volume display then you set it to the level you want.
