these are telling you that the car needs a service , if allready serviced recently get the OBD codes read and cleared and see if the symptoms return , if they do you will need to get it to a repairer
as long as there is an access port inside the rear of the car it can be removed from inside. look under the rear seat or in the trunk area underneath the carpet, and see if you see a circular cover with screws holding it in place if there is you can remove it there if you do not see this window you will have to remove the tank....
