You can but it is FAR easier to do it with a phone call. Be prepared to wait. Also be aware you will get into an IVR system. Best method is to call in to report it. Hnag up call back to check status. HERE you can get to a Carbon based life form to talk WITH instead of AT..

There are several ways to re-contact Telkom, since this is February 18, and you last reported to Telkom apparently on Feb. 2.
