Contact your ISP to get the landline number which is assigned to your line, even if it is only being used for broadband DSL. This isn't an issue with your router so much as an issue with your account and your ISP.

Unfortunately this service is not available from our side [it is possible that the service provider can help, but we can't make sure since collecting personal is not legal without authorization], the only solution to get rid of this issue is to contact the user [the person who is using that number]. And now you'll think how can you contact him, and you'll say, "I've tried calling him/her but he/she didn't answer my calls" like that.. but I have a suggestion for you. Don't use your mobile to call the guy, rather call from a phone boot or from another mobile number. I would recommend Landline number so that he/she will not suspect you. Call from the landline which you think is best, and when it's answered, tell him/her that you are from a travel agency or from a consultancy or from the Network Operator offering something like free one ticket on every single ticket purchased or tell that he's been selected for a job or tell him/her for a free sms or calls offers available respectively. After further conversation, ask him/her to tell you his/her contact details so that you can deliver or contact him/her or this and that.. It's upto your wit on how to win him/her. But this is the best trick and it's not going to harm or hurt anyone. Do this well prepared. You'll definitely be able to get all about him/her.
