Element outlet temperature alarm in atlas copco compressor GA30 I changed the oil,oil seperator filter,air filter and oil filter.I cleaned oil and air cooler(electric fan).The problem stil as it was.

I am assuming the oil in the air filter, if its a beltless style would be to keep dust from going inside, like the really old cars were, they called them oil soaked filters. better at trapping dust and dirt.

OK. If cleaning the oil cooler and knowing the oil level is ok I recommend replacing the thermostat element. If you have a manual on your unit the part number will be in it. Recommend getting the kit which comes with spring, thermostat and o ring.

Without more info or knowing your compressor my first question to you is,is the oil cooler clean and does the unit have good water flow. DO you have good water flow / pressure. The oil level should be about half way the sight glass running loaded. If the oil level was low ,when the thermostat opens it allows oil to flow to the cooler which lowers the oil level.Typical problems during this time of year are , , dirty oil cooler, Faulty thermostat, Faulty element temperature sensor, Low oil levels and bad oil. Also dirty oil filters restrict oil flow and can cause high element temp. problems. Try back flushing the water side of the oil cooler. Have you checked to make sure the water solenoid is opening. May have a bad coil or valve. May also have water solenoid plugged with something. What is the cooling water inlet temp and outlet temp. The W usually indicates water cooled. If not water cooled, most of the above also applies to air cooled units. just replace water with air if it fits.

Dear Hamza,
High Temperature at First Stage means your Second stage is becoming Weak and it is not capable to pull the maximum air from First stage, If it is only at loaded position.
If this is your regular problem you must check your Water condition it should not be below 20 degree C and not above 40 degree C.
You may also try to blow some dry air into second stage ( HP Element ) when ever it is in off position.

Most air compressors will run fine using 30 weight non detergent oil.

You could drop the manufacturer a e-mail.

Your compressor shouldnt use a lot of oil ... maybe you are in need of some repair? New rings or bearings or seals?

you should have an oil trap or two in the line from the out let of the compresor before it go's into the factory
they also trap any water in the air there easy to fit into the line and not very pricy
