some of these small engines have had problems with head gaskets and valve seats falling out of the heads the gasket is cut and dry replace it the valve seat problem is a little harder but can be fixed without buying a cylinder head you will need to knock it back into place making sure it is squarely seated then with a center punch go around the outside of the valve seat on the head side all the way around this will lock the seat back into place
