Hi Saik,
I think problem is caused by unplugging the jack before pausing/Stopping the music.
1) Plug in a headset into the jack
2) Open up a media player (either the MP3 player or any online music)
3) Begin to let the music play.
4) Stop the music from playing after a few seconds
5) Completely exit out of the media application.
6) With the headset still plugged in, wait about 15-30 seconds. (this is so that the media/pandora app task can "fully" stop from running)
7) Unplug the headset.
The phone should now be able to emit sound from the earpiece.
If the above does not work, other methods I have read tell you to plug in a headset & play music. While the music is playing, quickly remove & insert the headset into the jack (not too rough so if doesn't break anything) until you hear the music coming out of the speaker.
Finally, if you still have the issue, try rebooting. Turn off the Phone, Remove the battery completely and reinsert after 30 seconds. Turn on the Phone.
Hi
The audio(headset) jack should be replaced ,that may be damaged due to slight liquid intrusion.
So take it to an authorized service center and get it replaced.
You got a chortcut in the microfone/headset connector.
Take the phone apart and clean the microfone/headset connectors and gold-plated surfaces on the mainboard.
This vill do it to eliminate the shortcut due to
dirt/dust and oxide

This means that your phone thinks the headset is connected and so the sound is routed to the headphone jack. This is usally caused by water damage or dirt. put some 91% alcohol on a toothbrush and clean the connectors at the buttom of your phone. If that does not work, you need to open and inspect the connections inside for water damage
