Hello Jody,
Are you currently using a Micro SD storage card in your Virgin Mobile device? If so, you may have to enter your internal setting and delete the photos from the storage device.
If not, you may attempt to delete the photos and then perform a hard reset on your Virgin Mobile device, either by removing the battery for ten seconds or pressings and holding the power/lock screen button until the device powers off.
Thanks,
Dish Guy
li-Ion batteries have a bad habit: whenever fully depleted, they lose a few cells, to the extent that they might not be able to hold a full charge if enough cells are damaged. In other words, repeatedly using a laptop (or any other Li-Ion powered device) to battery depletion can shorten the battery's life significantly. You might want to keep the batteries fully charged whenever possible and avoid fully depleting them too often. There is also the habit of "re-setting" the batteries by using the "fully deplete-fully charge" procedure. It only applies to niMH or NiCD batteries ( and is used to erase the "memory effect" ) but is damaging to Li-Ion batteries for the reason mentioned above. so if your battery can not full charge, this mean you need change a new battery for your laptop http://www.aulaptopbattery.com.au
Take the battery out. Then put it back in. I couldn't find anything that would work but doing a hard reset. Once I did that the phone worked again. I lost everything but my phone works again.
To hard reset the Virgin Venture please follow the instructions below:
Start with the phone turned off.
Press power button until the phone turns on and vibrates.
Press and hold the up volume button until you see the word hello.
Release the up volume button. Note: You will see the word hello on the screen for about 5-7 seconds.
The screen will display the android guy next to an exclamation point inside a triangle.
Press the home button to access Android system recovery screen.
Scroll to and select wipe data/factory reset. Note: The volume button scrolls and the enter/return key selects
Scroll to and select Yes.
The Venture will reset.
Select reboot system now.
The Venture will reboot to the initial setup screen
