How to fix a blank screen?

Dont know anyone who would own a Kyocera Cell Phone these days that would be able to comment about it's workings. Must have enticed you with it's price.
Try charging it with a known working charger.
Remove the battery, Give it three sharp taps on the lower left corner, replace the battery and try powering up again.

My virgin mobile wild card's screen keeps going white what does that mean?

Hello,

There is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

Take care.

My virgin mobile xtc has a white screen what can i

just take out the battery and put it back in (do not put the cover back on) then let it turn white then wait like 10 seconds then push end 2 or three times (to make sure anything that may pop up when you regularly turn on your phone is gone) then hold the end button (as if you were turning your phone off) then let go of the off button then pull the keyboard out then use ur hands to press the battery in tight (the battery should already be in the phone at this time but just press down like you really want the battery to be in place)

Phone will NOT power up on or off the charger but will tell me "phone is charging" and battery indicator will go up and down

You will need to replace your battery in your phone.
or check you charger and make sure it actually charging.
I would suspect it's the battery

HELLO loop

you either need to charge it, or get a new battery. if it says "HELLO" for a few seconds, gets brighter for a moment, than shuts off, it doesnt have enough power. you probably need a new battery.
