you need router wich support openvpn check your router model number with dd-wrt.com and see if you can change the frimware and get openvpn software on it , if this compatible then you need vpn account you can grab from http://www.overplay.net/#a_aid=vpnprovider
There could be a time-out issue with it. But try uninstalling it' then reinstalling it. My ps3 did that to me, where it said Netflix was not compatible. But I just had to reset the cache, and the permissions to get it going again. Hoe is that Roku box for you? I watch a lot of Netflix, when I'm not at work or busy doing automotive care. I was thinking about getting off those to do my netflix on instead of the ps3. All of my computers at the house are Mac though. Not sure if that would really matter. I could just do Apple TV instead for better and easier connectivity.
