If this is your third grill, you're far more patient with a manufacturer than I am. Unless there's something about this brand you really like, I'd be shopping around. I don't know if I'm allowed to name names under FixYa's terms of use, but I'd recommend looking at brands that (a) have been around a long time, and (b) have a reputation for replacing defective merchandise, kind of like Sears-Craftsman with their hand tools (lifetime replacement not questions asked). (No, I'm not affiliated with Sears, and that's not the only place I buy tools - - just an example).
I'd contact the manufacturer (Salton, Inc.) customer servicesite
for replacement parts or manual. If they don't have them, they should knowwhere to
send you (though if they don't, I'd seriously wonder about thecompany).
