This should be your machine:

Sewingmanuals.com shows that they have this downloadable in Adobe PDF format here:

#37 in the list as of me posting this. You can get a CD version too but you'll just pay more and wait longer for the same thing. Once you have it print the manual (preferably both sides to keep it small) ang you'll have it. You can also peruse eBay to see if anyone is selling a manual but I doubt that will yield regular results. The machine looks to be pretty basic and standard but it's best you have the manual to get the most out of the machine. Also be sure to check the cleaning and lubrication section and go through the process so that the machine is in top working order before you put it into regular use - saves a lot of headaches.

SOURCE: Bobbin problem: Huskystar by Husqvarna Viking E10 sewing machine

This has happened to me, even though I have been sewing for 30 yrs. When I take the bobbin holder out I realise what I have done wrong. When placing a bobbin into the bobbin holder the thread must be running around the bobbin CLOCKWISE. If incorrect take bobbin out of holder turn it over, so now the thread will run clockwise. If bobbin placed in holder and thread runs anti-clockwise, when you tried to turn wheel to bring bobbin thread up, it will either not do it at all or will make a huge tangle of the threads. Take to authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer for repair. This is not something that can be done by the owner. Check Husqvarna Viking website for dealer closest too you.

SOURCE: viking husqvarna classica 100, thread tension

I suspect you are correctly threading the machine but the timing of the needle and bobbin hook is off. When the threaded needle goes into the bobbin area, a pointed hook grabs the thread and loops it with the bobbin thread. Something is catching when the needle starts to come up that is not allowing the bobbin thread to be pulled back through the needle plate opening by the upper thread. With machine threaded and bobbin in place, have the bobbin area open if possible and watch the thread interaction when the needle goes down. To set the hook/needle timing, normally covers have to be removed. Suggest taking it to an authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer for service. You can find the nearest dealer by click on the "Dealer" link at http://www.husqvarnaviking.com
Good luck.

How to wind a bobbin for a 250 electronic Viking Husqvarna machine

Make sure that the presser foot is raised if you are winding a bobbin with the top thread threaded through the needle. Place the bobbin on the spool spindle with the mark (a stylized H) outwards. Bring the bobbin spindle down. Next pull the thread from the needle under the presser foot to the thread guide on the right. Bring the thread above the bobbin and wrap the thread around the bobbin several times. Cut off the excess thread on the thread knife and step on the foot control to wind the bobbin. When the bobbin winding is finished, remove the bobbin from the spindle. Cut the thread to separate the bobbin thread from the needle thread. Move the bobbin spindle up.

Sewingpartsonline.com has a link to the manual for the Husqvarna Viking 250 on the machine specific parts page (under Manuals), http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/viking-250-sewing-machine-parts.aspx . The direct link to the manual is http://manuals.husqvarnaviking.com/VSM/Husqvarna%20Viking/HVManual.nsf/5bc6115484660075c12575d2003f80e3/ecf97dd171581582852575ed00755e7a/$FILE/Viking%20210,%20230,%20250%20%20x.PDF . The bobbin winding steps are on page 12. There is also a method for winding a bobbin with a different thread from the top thread. See the manual.

I hope this helps.

I only want to know if the wheel must be loosened to wind the bobbin and if so with direction, to the front or backwards and press and turn or pull and turn.thanks

Which make and model sewing machine do you have?

None of my sewing machines need the wheel to be loosened for bobbin winding. The Singer Touch & Sew bobbins are filled in place. Use the handwheel to get the needle into the highest position (just turn the wheel). Wrap the top thread around the screw that holds the presser foot; open the slide plate part way and press the bobbin wind button. Hold the top thread and then begin winding by stepping on the foot pedal.. The thread should break after a few winds.

The Kenmore and the Husqvarna Vikings both get wound at the top. Place bobbin on winding pin. With the needle up and metal presser foot in place thread the top thread up to the bobbin (through the guides) and up through the hole in the bobbin. Slide the bobbin winding switch over towards the bobbin. Hold the thread tightly and begin winding (step on the foot control). After a few winds are on the bobbin, cut the thread that you were holding flush with the top of the bobbin. Continue winding the bobbin. (The newest Viking in the group has a computer screen; on that one, do not press OK until done winding the bobbin.)

However, if the handwheel is not turning and the needle is down, first find out why it isn't turning properly. This could indicate a tangle of thread somewhere in the system. (The older Husqvarna sewing machine in my home has a non-functional handwheel. The machine will still sew but you have to use the needle up/down switch that forces the needle to stop in the up position before you run out of bobbin.)

Please add a comment with the specifics of your sewing machine and I'll be glad to add additional information.

I hope this helps.

How Need to know how to thread the machine and how

They have many different models so threading and winding the bobbin can vary due to your model. I would recommend calling them at: 1-800-474-6437 and see if they can get you a photo copy of your original owners manual.

I need help in procedure for putting thread on the

try threading the bobbin by lifting the presser foot, and pulling the thread under the foot(critcal) over the bobbin winding knob (metal piece) you now use, and to the bobbin winder, It touches more places like this and winds more evenly and snugly.

I filled the Bobbin, now how do I get it to go back to sewing

Something didn't click back in place when you removed the bobbin from the winding mechanism. Try winding another bobbin. Make sure it stops, then remove it. If the problem continues, take it to an authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer. They should still be able to take a look at it. Check Husqvarna Viking website for dealer closest too you.

Viking Sacndinavian 200 - i was refilling my bobbin and now it is stuck. I can not get if off. not sure what happened or what to do

Take the thread off of the bobbin and it will come right off. Generally this is caused by either winding the bobbin too fast or having too much tension on the thread.
Either way, take off the thread and it will come off.
Thread the machine in accordance with the owner's manual when winding a bobbin and wind at 1/2 speed and you should be fine.
