Hi, im a retired ford tech, with alot of experience on ford anti theft . Now if you are asking about a built in oem factory anti theft, your not going to be able to bypass it. Now to answer your question, I would say your factory anti theft IS NOT causing your issue. It will make it unable to start,it doesnt kill anything else.
Both of those codes refer to a problem with the secondary air system (air pump). The P0491 refers specifically to bank 1. Both codes are generic in nature and don't tell you anything specific about the problem so the whole system has to be troubleshooted. Look for damaged hoses or vacuum lines off for starters.
Someone would need to take the blower motor out and examine it. My guess would be the bearing in the motor is bad, or it has debris in the box around the motor.
Usually on the tranmission ,where i dont know??. Best way of finding it is call local autozone or go to store and in most cases the will print you out diagram as to the location and how to replace . They dont charge for the print out. hope this helps and Please rate this post and good luck.
It is an accessory output, but the main cause is mostly for the blower motor, sense it draws more amps than anything else,it is most likely the problem, repair the connector, and if it still gets hot, leave the blower off to see if this is the problem,if it does not get that hot, with the blower off, replace the blower,if it still gets off with the blower off, replace the ignition switch.
