The battery is not charging on my AT&T Windows 8X. How do I know its charging. I've tried the hard reset and I get to the ! point and push the buttons in the order it tells me, but it does not reset. I just noticed even though I thought it was charging overnite, that it is not charged which may be why its not rebooting, I dont know. It just keeps flashing the HTC logo on the screen and goes black, then does it again. After seeing the battery charge indicator in the red, could it be that there's no power to reboot????
There is something wrong with your battery or memory card. please check that your phone battery is not swollen and also check weather your phone's memory card is not infected by viruses. PLEASE make sure that your battery is not swollen , because this might cause your phone 'burst'.
I see this problem usually with haxed iphones, is yours haxed? Try plugging it into your computer, does your cpu recognize it and load itunes? even if it still shows the red battery. If you cant get itunes to recognize it then do a restore and this should fix the problem. If the above does not work you can try and press the power button for 5sec keep holding it and then plug it in to a power source, keep holding the button for another 5sec after and see what happens. If all else fails it may be time for a hard reset, if you dont know how, press and hold the menu button and the power button till you hear a beep, then let go of the power button and keep holding the menu button till you hear a second beep. My sister said it happened to her crappo free phone and said that it was from having it charging while at full charge. So idk how to fix it but if you get a new phone try not to do that!
i was texting and my nokia surge just turned completely off.it has no damage to it..i tried charging it but it wont even turn on or show that its even charging i dont know whats wrong with it n i dont have a warranty...
