I cannot find my manual for my BT Studio phone. I cannot delete my messages on it and hence it will not allow anyone to leave a message. The red light is just flashing all the time. I have unplugged it...

Hi, when a phone it is continuously flashing red light, it means that memory has been affected by VIRUS.

VIRUS can damage a phone in no time. VIRUS can be caused by downloading applications on your phone through the internet, or might be from data transfer from a phone to another phone.

To remove the VIRUS, you will need to flash the phone memory. Flashing the phone will restore back the phone to it normal state.

You can use this link to see how to flash your phone

To flash a phone you will need to rewrite the PRL file by connecting your phone to a computer with the needed equipment. Your best bet is to take your phone to a dealer that flashes phones on a regular basis. For more information

While charging my O2 atom exec, the LED (Flash light) does not glow red ?

I have the same problem. What I did several time is to actually shut down the phone, remove the battery and leave it like that for several hours (3 to 4 hours). Then, I put the battery back in the phone, and it would charge again. However, due to the long time with no battery, the phone's clock would be reset to January 2007.

I found no other work around right now. However, I have to do this more and more often, almost once a week ...
