I am looking for the large bendini clip, only find the small or medium ones. Where could I order or buy this. (can not find this large clip anywhere. Help

Hi Ikiniti There is a special tool availible for removing the filter not sure where you can get one possibly snap on dealer, However I have never needed one. I have always used a small flat blade screw driver you have to be extreemley careful because if you damage the clip you may have to replace the complete pipe. Only use this way if your confident as it is awkward. Let the vehicle stand for at least 15 minutes so the fuel pressure drops, you will still have pressure there so safety precausions are advised ie glasses rag to soak up any excess fuel and the obvious no ***** flames anywhere near. If you press the pipe towards the filter it releases the pressure on the clip you can then use the blade of the screw driver to push in the clip one side at a time look at the clip closely before you do this to get an idea of how the clip operates.
When you have released one side repeat the same the other side. Make sure you fit the new filter the correct way round. look at the filter before you remove it Good luck and i say again make sure all saftey precausions are taken.

There is either a small 'c' clip on the front/bottom side or it has an iternal snap ring. If it is the 'c' clip you should see a small slot that you can pop the clip out. If it has the internal one, it pulls straight up and off. Warning: Do not twist it, you will break something expensive in the shifter. From the service manual....

Detaching the shift control knob from the shift lever may require a large amount of physical effort.
Do not twist the shift control knob while pulling.
Firmly grasp the shift control knob.
Pull straight up to detach from the shift lever.

Installation Procedure
Align the shift control knob to the shift lever.
Firmly press down on the shift control knob in order to attach to the shift lever. An audible sound will be heard when the internal clip is fully seated.

most door panels have plastic push in fasteners around the edge about . there is a special tool to help get them out but often they break on removal however cheap to buy and replace. Use a couple of flat tip screwdrivers to quickly pop the panel away from the door frame all around the edge. get as close to the fastener(tightest spots)with your tool for best effect

You need no more than a small screwdriver to pop the clips out.
look at the new ones... and you will see how they go on...
to remove the old ones you need only pop the clips to release the ball from the socket...
the new ones pop on easy peasy.

there is a large pin (1") that has a small bolt(5/16") holing it in,take out the small bolt, then slide out the large pin, now push axle in and the clip may even fall out.

You mean the clips that holds the axle shafts in the axle housing? You need to take the cover off the rear axle, now theres a small bolt in the carrier housing that holds the large pin in, remove the small bolt and push the pin out, then push the axle shaft inwards and the clip ( it really looks like a small horseshoe) will fall out, if it doesnt fall out, you will need to remove it, then the axle shaft will pull out. To install its the same way, put the shaft all the way in, install the clip, and pull out to seat it. then install the large pin, but make sure you line up the hole for the bolt.

I suggest check the lines and flow it down to the ldp (leak detection pump) that is just behind the steering gear under the van It has a wire connector and 2 large EVAP hoses. look for any split or crack then follow the lines back to the tank. Even a small crack is a leak.

The leak in your evap system is very small at .020. It is more than likely a small split in a hose somewhere. The cap is probably ok, we rarely find a bad one. If it is a small split in a hose it will only get larger over time. Here is the factory info on the code. We have found that alot of these leaks are from a small hose on the evap canister under the vehicle, but with out looking at your vehicle it is hard to say. If the leak goes away or is no longer large enough to be detected, your light will go out after a few days. These leaks are emmissions related and will not effect the integrity of the vehicle. I would have it checked and corrected if the light stays on at your convienience.
