I am not able to start my phone whenever i press the power button.........ther is no hardware problem.....pls help
Hi Piyush, what happens when you conect it to the power supply? Does it show it's charging? If it doesn't, it's very likely to be a hardware problem.
whenever i connect it to charger no response comes from phone.....except one thing that body of the phone near charging point become hot........
please reply fast........

The problem was solved by replacing the flex cable that connects the two halves together. My phones screen is back, all the buttons work, and the camera button no longer reboots the phone (also going to camera through mypix doesn't cause reboot either). The cable was very easy to replace and took me 10 minutes at most only using a screw driver and the info in the link I provided ealier.

you cannot use skype directly frm this mobile.. so download " nimbuzz " for mobile.. install it and create a new id in that .. then log into nimbuzz .. in that go to " ADD A CONTACT " .. then it will ask frm which u want to add ( facebook , gtalk , msn , skype , YM ) which ever u want select it and enter your id and pass of it ... it will add those contact to ur nimbuzz.. and u can chat with them through nimbuzz :)

It is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
