You will have to Go to Settings> Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on. Open the Fitbit app. If your Fitbit device didn’t sync, restart it. If your Fitbit device won’t sync after your reinstall the app, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet or computer and try to sync

3. If the answer is yes to both of these questions (as in yes you have the Fitbit app installed and yes your phone is officially supported), then I recommend removing your Fitbit from Bluetooth devices, and set it up again via the Fitbit application.
