Most times you can sign into facebook from your yahoo or gmail account. Do you have yahoo or gmail for your email? Can you log into a yahoo account? Facebook will send you a link to reset your password, but you'll need to be able to log into the account facebook was made with.

Transfer Email to a Different Server

Each of the free-email providers has its own server on which to store the emails in its system. Gmail from Google, Hotmail from Microsoft, Yahoo! mail from Yahoo! and the rest all run their own servers, and one account from one server cannot go into another from a different server.

So if you've switched from Yahoo! to Gmail and want to get all the emails stored in the Yahoo! server over to the Google server, you have to transfer that email data.

Luckily, since the services are free, transferring the email is also free.
Log into your email account in the server that you are looking to transfer to.

So if you are transferring from Yahoo! to Gmail, log into your Gmail account.
Click on the "Settings" or "Option" button for your email address and then click the "Accounts" or "Accounts and Imports" button to look at the accounts.


Click on the "Import from another account" or "Add account" buttons and then type in the log-in information for the account that you want to transfer the emails from.
In the example given, you are transferring from Yahoo! to Gmail so you will need to type in your Yahoo! log-in information.

Wait for the server to transfer all of the contacts and email from the old server (Yahoo!) to the new server (Gmail).

Knowing where to go in Yahoo! to change your password will allow you to do it quickly.

Sign into your Yahoo! email account.

Click on your Yahoo! name at the top of the webpage to access drop-down options.
Select the "Profile" option.

Your account page will open.
Place your cursor over "Account Info" in the toolbar.
Options will again drop down.

Click "Change Password."

Type in your current Yahoo! email password in the first text box.
Enter your new Yahoo! password in the lower two text boxes.

Click "Save."

Your Yahoo! password is now changed.

• to deactivate one of your account you must first login and:
  

1.Click the account menu V at the top right of any Facebook page
2.Choose "account settings"
3.Select security from the left-hand menu

4.Click on "Deactivate your account"

• your cell phone automatically puts you in because you placed your cell phone no. on your face book you should remove your cell phone no. on your facebook and log out your facebook account on your cell phone.
  
• I think you can check your gmail accounts on your facebook and or yahoo account only if it is linked.
  

here's the procedure to unlock without hard reset:

1) create a new gmail account on the computer.
2) call your cell phone with a different phone.
3) answer your cell phone then hit the back button and it will take you to the home
screen.
4) turn on wifi so it can do data and voice at the same time (remember that the phone
is still connected)
5) go to Settings -> Location & Security and disable lock pattern (you'll need to
enter to correct pattern previously set)
6) go to Settings -> Accounts & Sync and click "Add Account" and add your newly
created Gmail account.
7) hang up the phone.
8) turn the phone back on, at the lockout screen, enter your new Gmail account info
and it should let you back in
9) once the phone is unlocked, you can go in setting and remove the newly added Gmail
account and keep the old one.

if you know your gmail account but forgot your password. Sign into gmail like normal but look for "forgot password" button & follow instructions.
If you COMPLETELY lost your gmail account. sign up again

in gmail login to your account select settings select the accounts and imports tab select Google account settings
goto change password.
