mcdevito75 here, Almost any watch repair shop can supply a new band, look for the small watch repair shops to save some money.

If you don't have a watch repair kit, a small flathead screwdriver or even a butter knife would work. Set the watch face down on a soft material (pillow/towel). Insert the flat tool in the gap between the back and the watch itself. Apply a bit a of pressure the loosen and remove the back. Remove the rubber gasket covering the battery. Then you will want to remove the clip covering the battery (with the flat tool). Once the clip is removed flip it upside down and let the battery fall out
