How to set watch

I just set the time on mine with these instructions 1) With the watch in the regular time display mode (doesn't matter if 12 hour or military time), depress and hold the lower left hand button (mode button). After a few seconds the watch appears to shift to alarm mode and it is blinking. This puts you into the mode for adjusting the alarm.

2) If you want to adjust time, date, etc rather than alarm time, after you have done step one, simply press that same lower left button again, and then it will put you into the time mode, but this time the time mode is blinking and you can adjust the various components (seconds, minutes, hours) then you can use the upper right hand button to navigate thru seconds, minutes and hours. Then you can change the time with the lower right hand button you can only change the time forward. I hope this helps !!!

I have a 4 button watch.
*The upper left button is for the light (brighter or dimmer).
*The lower left button is for setting in different modes.
*The upper right button changes the numbers (in different modes) or turns off the alarm.
*The lower right button switches to the next time unit during setting. (minutes - hours - day - month)

Stop Watch: Press mode button 1x to get to the stop watch/timer. Press the upper right button to start and stop the stop watch. Press lower right button to clear the timer. Press mode button to return to normal time display. (seconds will be changing)

Set Alarm: Press mode button 2x to get to the alarm. Then press upper right button to change the hour, lower right button to switch to minutes and upper right button to change the minutes. Press mode button to return to normal time display. Turn alarm off with upper right button (when it rings) and permanently off/on by pressing upper right and lower right at the same time.

Change the time: Press mode 3x (seconds will blink), change seconds with upper right button. Press lower right button to get to minutes (and change with upper right button...), then lower right again to get to hours,(...) then again to get to the date, (...) and again to get to the month, (...). Press mode button to get back to normal time.

for viewing date: press upper right during normal view.

No where is the set button? i see mode, st/stop,lap/rst but no set button.

Press "set" when your watch is on the time screen. Press "mode" to move from the seconds to the hour to the minutes. Start/stop will adjust it, press "set" when you're done.
