hi Robert.
i can not find a manual for this watch,but if you go to this link it should show you step by step on how to set it up.
its not showing your model number so not sure how good it will be to you.
if another window opens on the page just close the popup window down.

How do you set an armitron pro sport watch? Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the time display appears on the watch. Hold the "Mode" button until you see the alarm display appear, then release the button. Hold the "Mode" button a second time to enter the time-setting mode.

You can get instructions from the Citizen web site.

Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical
support" and then on "setting instructions"

Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on
"get setting instructions"

If you cannot find the caliber number for your watch, enter the example number (E810) and you will find instructions for settiing th local time.

I haven't been able to locate your watch but since watches tend to be similar in operation, I suggest that you look at the instructions for my watch and try a similar settings.

Go to "http://ftp.casio.co.jp/pub/world_manual/wat/en/qw2735.pdf" and instructions for a Casio watch will appear. Go to page 4 and read instructions under "to adjust analogue time".

If you are still wondering about this, pull the knob out to the first click. turn one way to set day, turn the other way to set date. Pull out further to set time.

i have a CL-5073

to set time:

HOLD "Set" for 3 seconds
then use "Mode" to browse through option
When you get the time setting hit "St/Sp" to set the time
When you're done press "Set"
