I cant send texts on my phone. I got texts from 2 degrees saying I cant connect because I have no nz data pack or I have no credit. so I got credit and it wiped it! so now ive lost 20 bucks and I still cant text. please help me!!!
I do not know what a NZ data pack is, but you are probably in New Zealand. If you do not have the data pack, you will not be able to access the internet or send data ( Text messages )
You should have a sim card and a contact number to reach someone. Give them hell.!

"NZ Data Pack" ONLY gives you credit for online usage, the same as internet service but on your cellphone. You have to purchase credit from any retail store. While doing this, see if they have Texting Packages and freebies where you can buy credit @ $20 for 2000txts and so forth.

I have the same problem. You have to use the area code, the full 10 digit number. Even the phone numbers stored in your memory need to include the area code for the text to send.

make sure your in service. some times the phone goes in and out of service. If that doesnt work contact tmobile
