You must inflate all parts of the craft to achieve proper buoyancy. use a cone shaped inflating tip on your inflating pump

I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MOUNT A MOTOR MOUNT ON A FISHMASTER 325 SEVYLOR BOAT

Have you considered contacting the manufacturer and having a talk to them. Given this is such a popular boat, I suspect if you just googled it, you would get lots of hits with advice on how to do what you want to do.

Sevylor fish hunter 280 need the manual

try "Iboats.com" they have lots of that stuff. Also "Marine engines", If none of those have anything- check with the big chain stores as much of that stuff was carried by Sears, Wal-mart, or Target. They will often carry the manuales on their web site.

Raft repair

Sevylor sells a patch kit, as well as a spray that is kind of like a silicone that works well on pinholes. Go the website: http://www.sevylor.com/Spare-Parts-Kit-P1898C45.aspx - more parts under accessories on the site.

You wouldn't have a copy of the manual for your boat, would you? I can't seem to find one - even called Sevylor and I couldn't get one!

I have a SeaHawk 340 that is missing the cap for the main air chamber. therefore, I can neither inflate it and hold in the air if it was inflated. Is there any chance of a replacement part?

Too late with this reply, but hope it helps someone else like us. I had the same problem, then discovered the boat manual and found the cap is called a Boston valve; in this case 2cm (diameter). I cannibalised a smaller boat of ours for one (valve the same size), and you may get one cheaply by doing the same from a cheap boat at a car boot sale. Otherwise search eBay or Amazon for "Boston valve" or "Boston screw"; not cheap, but still a lot cheaper than a new boat.

I have a Sevylor Tahitik 79 Model kk79 PM purch second hand w/out instructions; I can inflate bottom without problem but cannot figure how to inflate sides. Can you help me with this?

up front under the spray shield on the sides of the main side tubes, you will see them pump yhe floor first and that will open the sides to get at the valves. mine are black Boston valves ,

How well does the Fish Hunter 280 do in the Ocean?

I don't think it would do well at all, Ive taken my Fishhunter 360 in larger lakes with waves and came close to tipping quite a few times with all the gear, motor, etc. Try an inflatable with a v-hull if the oceans your thing!
