If this is the case, reboot the machine and then see if the wireless works.

SOURCE: Lenovo Y410 Touchpad has stopped working

These devices are generally quite reliable so I would be looking for the possibililty of a damaged software driver.
If the touchpad is completely dead, use the tab and arrow keys to access the Control Panel. Open the Mouse folder, go to the Hardware tab, locate the touchpad entry (it is likely shown as a mouse), highlight it and delete the entry.
Exit the open windows, reboot your computer.
If the touch pad is functional at all, Windows should show a dialog box stating 'Found new hardware' and it may also say that it is installing the software for it. It may however, ask you to insert a disk with the software on it and that would be on any recovery disk that came with your notebook. If it does not see the touchpad because it is defective, then it is a failure of the touchpad.
Good luck-

My lenovo y410 wifi is not working...what might be the problem...am not knoing...i changed the drives but the wifi icon shows its off...

You may have a problem with your wifi adaptor as the drivers may be generic , please reinstall drivers from other source by figuring out what the manufacturer is.
Other than this your graphics card may be faulty sending it back to the maniufcaturer will cure the problem , also check the wifi swtich on the side of the case ,just incase it has been swtiched off by accident.

Lenovo 3000 Y410 Wifi Problem

That is odd, I've never seen anything like that. I asked a few of the other top experts, and they've never heard of anything like that happening either. There are no adjustments for this type of thing. It could be too strong. How far away from your house can you get with the machine still seeing the wireless? I hate to say it, but you may just have to live with it, and, honestly, I think it's more their problem than yours. I'll look around some more on this, since you've got me curious, and if I find anything I'lllet you know.
