Here is a link to Vizio customer support.They should be able to do something.You need to have a receipt probably.Also you will need model and serial numbers.Serial number should be on the back,maybe by the A/V inputs.If no receipt,did you register it?If you didn't,the credit card statement may help.Good luck.

No need to register as long as you keep the receipt for proof of purchase, I never register anything I buy to get warranty repair.

I think you have a clerk stock in memory . move to pgm mode 3 subtotoal o and hit clerk key then subtotal.

Just go to www.vizio.com. On the choices at the top pick "register". It's that easy. I just did it.
