Can't find the MEID#

yes you can

You have 3 options to do an ESN swap, 1. Call 1.800.CRICKET and tell the representative that you need Swap devices. (possible fee)
2. Go to your nearest Cricket store and tell them to do it. (possible fee)
3. Go to mycricket.com and login in to your account and you have and option to change MEID or ESN once it ask you for the MEID number you input the 18 digit number that usually start with 268.

Usually there is an "About" entry somewhere in the phone settings menu, but another way to find out is to turn the phone off, remove the back cover and battery and find the sticker with a bunch of numbers on it. If it doesn't have a model, find the set of numbers labelled ESN or IMEI or MEID and put it in the ESN checker on tis site: Check your ESN IMEI MEID free and instantly with Swappa

That site will tell you the status as well as the type of phone you have.

What do you mean fix the MEID ? What's wrong with it, you can't change the phones MEID it's the serial that identifies the phone

If you mean that you have a new phone and want to switch from the iPhone to it then simply call your provider and ask them to do the device swap, simply provide your current phone # and the new devices MEID for them to swap out.

The Security menu allows you to

The electronic serial number (ESN), or Mobile Equipment Identifier (MEID) number on your BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:

Lastly, these are also listed under the battery of the device and on the side of the box..

Hello.
Try to use the MEID info in the #help*help screen to try to activate the phone.
If you still cannot, you need to fix MEID and ESN file on your phone.

000000, 1 then write down the MEID ESN, then press OK (5x or so) until the phone powers off and on again. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE!!!! or your phone will not work if you do....
