They specialize in quick release plates, and I just ordered one for my Sony tripod.

Best suggestions for you are going to be to take a look on Ebay or some sort of online trading/selling website. Otherwise you can contact Sony directly to see if they are able to provide it to you as well.
These things are always difficult to come by and the best anyone can do is wish you luck...
