Well go into your facebook account using your old email address that you opened facebook with, when you get in there right on top of your home page or profile page there is a area that says account settings you should be able to go in there and change your email address to an email you are using now,  If you have Trouble finding the little area that says account settings go to help pages in facebook and search in help: change email address, and it should tell you were to go to change just your email address.
