GE 11-2120 CD Stuck. Unplug from power supply, detach speaker wires, detach antennae wires. eject any cassette tapes, remove any CD's you can reach. Then, hold the unit upside down, front panel facing you. agitate to let the CD fall down. With care, roll unit so that front faces downward briefly, then back to the upside down position, facing you. With care, roll it clockwise so that the top is upward, all the while keeping the front panel facing you. Now agitate lightly again, to seat the loose CD in one of the five openings in the revolving tray. set the unit on a table, plug it in to an outlet, open the CD mechanism, hit "skip" on the remote control until CD is visible. remove it.
