Model 726. Is the hour reminder supposed to move easily? Can it be lubricated and if so with what? Is the well that the yogurt cups sit in for water or is it used dry? Thank you for any help.
I have this model, the 726 orange rectangular model. The hour reminder is just a little piece of plastic that hooks onto the outside, and yes it should move easily. I don't know why yours doesn't, but since it doesn't go inside and touch anything edible, maybe you can try to grease it. You don't need to put any water in the 'wells'. My model has little round seats for the cups, but they're not deep enough for water; they are about 1 or 2 millimeters deep. you also don't need to put water in the main compartment. hope this helps.
