It sounds like you need the sweep or seal that keeps water in the enclosure. You can buy these items, which are inexpensive and usually easy to install yourself at www.technologylk.com Technology LK carries a comprehensive range of shower door gaskets, seals and other hardware. If you have any questions about exactly what you need and how to install it, you can contact the company at [email protected] or call them at 888-663-9830.
You can call Sterling Customer Care Center at 1-800-STERLING (1-800-783-7546) in the U.S. or 001-877-680-1310 in Mexico. Also some stores stock replacement part kits in the hardware/shower door aisle. Ask a store associate for assistance and depending upon the warranty period of your door, the part may be replaced free of charge.
are you sure your measurements are correct? hate to be looking like i'm playing devils advocate for sterling, but i've installed many shower doors and had made this mistake once,.....write me and maybe i can help rectify this potential goof,......
The problem is that the supply lines coming into that shower faucet have been installed wrong. In other words, the cold is on the left side and the hot on the right side, just the opposite of what it should be. This is an easy fix if you can get to the pipes feeding the shower.
