XL 5200 bulb replace and NO Picture or Sound

I Triple & Quadruple checked the door and it is seated fine. I've unplugged the TV pulled the lamp out and re-installed as per the direction sheet 20 times still to no avail. I turn it on and the Green power light flashes immediately, both fans go on and approx. 7 seconds later the lamp one kicks down to a slower pace as normal operation. Then about 90 seconds later the red lamp light comes on and blinks but it's a STEADY blink not in a pattern of 3 or 4 as I stated before, I watched it and it's STEADY. I even blew out all the dust with an air hose cause I seen someone else's post about that and still no go :( I Triple & Quadruple checked the door and it is seated fine.
